Living Grail 3 lifts the essence of the being star up to the ‘life star’.
The being star is located behind the solar plexus or midriff. The solar plexus is the reflection of all our personal baggage in this life; the being star represents the Source energy.
In the life star the cosmic energy of who we Are is becoming so anchored in the body that the distinction between body and spirit starts to dissolve (speaking in terms of alchemy). The life star is therefore your deepest essence, your Being. Our highest vibration is awakened step by step through each life we lead and the experiences we undergo during them. Life star means that every aspect of our essence being is present in us as vibration and consciousness. The bridge to our immortal aspect is built and we gain awareness about who we are. We are then better able to live that directly. Life star energy is cosmic energy and earthly energy at the same time. Spirit is matter and matter is spirit. The quality of the life energy increases. In ordinary words that means that as a human being we regain the ability to direct our body with intention, and the body obeys this since it is indissolubly part of who we are. In terms of healing this means that we have more and more influence on healing the body via the spirit, if we fully say yes to the body. Grounding is nothing other than being fully in the body because the body is simultaneously an indissoluble part of Gaia.
Living Grail 3 gives us freedom through being fully ourselves. Direction from our multidimensional self in this 3D body makes everything run more smoothly with more synchronicity and relaxation.
